How long will it take for my order to be processed?

 Orders will be processed within 1-2 weeks. Your order will then be shipped. Once processing has been completed at which time you’ll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3 to 5 business days after it has been processed. 

 Can the hair be reused multiple times?

If the hair is taken care of properly it can be reused several times. This is why we sell i top quality hair.

How many bundles are recommended for styling?

The amount of bundles you will need is based upon the desire look you are trying to achieve. For a full look three bundles is usually required for hair up to 28 inches. lengths over 26 inches We recommend at least three bundles or more for a fuller look.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you notice an error made on your end, in regards to an order placed.Please email or text us immediately! If your order has already been placed we won’t be able to change it. 

 If your package arrives damaged?

 If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier. Before shipping, Chy Extensions makes sure that products and packages are secure.

Can I color my extensions?

yes, you can all extensions lift up to 613 but we recommend hiring a professional colors to help achieve the desire look that you want.
